Shane is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in GA FL & SC and was previously a licensed real estate appraiser in GA. Shane is the founder of American Real Estate University, a proprietary CRD school in GA FL & SC training over 100,000 agents nationally since its inception in 1999.
