Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursday from 6:00 - 10:00 PM
September 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 25, 27
October 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 23, 25, 30
And every other Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
The Saturday dates are September 15th & 29th and October 13th

$99 at time of registration to reserve seat
$150 on the first day of class
$150 on the day of midterm.
Total Cost Including CRAM : $449
CRAM COURSE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50 to makeup any hours and is used as the review session before the Final Exam. The $50 includes both nights of review.
Georgia Salesperson Real Estate Fundamentals is a 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for anyone who wishes to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia.
The course provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of real estate. An in-depth course covering the following:
Georgia Real Estate License Law
Closing and Settlement Costs
City and Urban Development
Community Association Management
Agency Law and Disclosure Requirements
Property Management Activities
