Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursday (11/07 ; 11/09 ; 11/14 ; 11/16 ; 11/28 ; 11/30 ; 12/05 ; 12/07 ; 12/12 ; 12/14 ; 12/19 ; 01/04) from 6:00 - 10:00 PM & every other Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The Saturday dates are (11/11 ; 11/25 ; 12/02 ; 12/16 ; 01/06).
Total Cost without CRAM: $399
$99 at time of registration to reserve seat
$150 on the first day of class
$150 on the day of midterm.
CRAM COURSE IS ADDITIONAL $50 to makeup hours and is used as the review session before the Final Exam.

Georgia Salesperson Real Estate Fundamentals is a 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for anyone who wishes to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia.
The course provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of real estate. An in-depth course covering the following:

Closing and Settlement Costs
City and Urban Development
Community Association Management
Agency Law and Disclosure Requirements
