Brian M. Dubuc joined the firm as a Partner in July 2015 as part of the firm’s merger with Hoitink and Dubuc, P.C. Mr. Dubuc’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate closings, representing builders and developers in all phases of the acquisition and development of real property and construction. Mr. Dubuc also represents clients in real estate related litigation having won several cases involving water trespass and nuisance damages. He has represented clients in more than forty appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit involving various criminal and civil matters. Having litigated real estate matters gives Mr. Dubuc a broad perspective while representing clients in his current transactional practice.
