The Intro to Equestrian Properties 3 Hour Continuing Education Course introduces participants to the equestrian Real Estate Market and takes a look at what makes up an equestrian property, including but not limited to housing, barns, arenas, stalls and tack rooms. This course also looks at the equestrian market on a local and national level and aims to give agents a better understanding on how to effectively market an equestrian property.
